Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account, profile, housing, and lifestyle information. You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting access to your email and session.

Acceptable conduct

Treat other members respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, deceive, spam, scam, exploit, or share unlawful or harmful content. Do not use Nestly to circumvent housing laws or another person's rights.

Roommates, housing, and compatibility

Nestly helps members discover people and coordinate housing searches. Nestly is not a landlord, broker, property manager, payment processor, or party to a lease. Compatibility scores are informational, deterministic decision support—not identity verification, a background check, a safety guarantee, or a promise that a living arrangement will succeed. You must independently evaluate roommates, housing, lease terms, ownership, condition, legality, and availability.

Messages and House Hunts

Use direct messages and shared House Hunts responsibly. Members are responsible for what they share, the criteria and budgets they contribute, and decisions they make together. Do not post another person's private information without permission.

Places and external links

Place links and listing facts are supplied by members from external sources. Nestly does not search, verify, endorse, own, or guarantee those listings, their providers, their accuracy, or their availability. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Never send money based solely on information or communication in Nestly.

Safety tools and enforcement

Members can Unmatch, Block, and Report. Nestly may investigate reports and restrict, suspend, or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect users, operate the beta, or address violations. We do not promise continuous moderation or a specific response time.

Beta availability

The beta is provided on an as-available basis and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete features. Features may change or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nestly disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions, agreements, losses, or conduct between members or involving external housing sources. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using Nestly and request account/data deletion through Support. Nestly may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or beta operations, subject to applicable law and any necessary retention.
